1. **Refund Eligibility**: Refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process, Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Once approved the customer has 30 days to send back the item(s). Once received it take 5-10 business days for a refund to be issued on the original payment method from time of purchase. 

2. **Non-Refundable Shipping Costs**: Please note that shipping costs incurred during the purchase are non-refundable. This applies to all orders, regardless of the reason for the return.

3.  Opened Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened items cannot be exchanged or returned. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and ingredients before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with their selection.

4.  Return Process: To initiate a return for damaged items, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at sales@euryaleskincare.com to report the issue and obtain further instructions.
  • Provide your order number and a description of the damage to facilitate the return process.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the damaged item.

5.  Timeframe for Returns: All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. Returned items must be received by our facility within thirty (30) days after the return request is approved.
